A few good
questions.
Every operation is different.
Let’s talk about yours.
Do I need a finished brief?
No. An outline of your business, food offer and priorities is enough to start. We can help shape the development brief together.
Can you help with one bespoke dish?
Yes. Projects can range from one signature product to a complete menu or an ongoing support programme. Manufacturing volumes and other requirements are discussed at the scoping stage.
Will you sign a confidentiality agreement?
Tell us about any confidentiality requirements before sharing sensitive commercial information. Appropriate terms can be agreed as part of the project.
What happens after I get in touch?
We review your enquiry and discuss the brief, your operation and the next steps. Development scope and commercial arrangements are agreed before work begins.
