Privacy & cookies.
How this website handles your information when you browse or contact DishLab.
Who to contact
This website is operated under the DishLab name. For questions about your personal information, contact us on 01789 643379 or through our contact page. Please avoid sending sensitive personal information in an initial enquiry.
Information you provide
When you contact us, we may receive your name, business or venue, email address, telephone number, the service you are interested in, your number of venues and the details of your project. We use this information to respond, discuss a potential project and, where agreed, provide our services.
We handle ordinary business enquiries on the basis of our legitimate interest in responding to potential customers. Where you ask us to take steps towards entering a contract with you personally, the relevant basis may instead be those pre-contractual steps. An enquiry does not subscribe you to marketing communications.
Using WhatsApp
The WhatsApp button opens a separate service. The form prepares a message on your device; it is not delivered to DishLab until you send it in WhatsApp. WhatsApp then handles information under its own terms and privacy arrangements, including any international processing it describes. You can call us instead of using WhatsApp.
Meeting requests
The scheduling page collects a preferred date and time, meeting format, name, organisation, email, phone number, optional sector, a location for in-person meetings and the topic to discuss. It prepares a message in your browser and opens WhatsApp only when you choose that route. No calendar appointment is created automatically, and the website does not store a separate copy of the request. Send only business-enquiry information, not identifiable patient, resident or pupil details.
Client-area access
Online client-account access has not been activated. The sign-in page does not send, log or store usernames or passwords. Entries are cleared when Sign in is selected. The page does not create accounts, set authentication cookies or provide access to private client files. For help with your resources, contact the DishLab team using the telephone or WhatsApp links. This information will be reviewed before account access is enabled.
Email enquiries
Where email submission is enabled, the website sends your enquiry to the configured DishLab inbox using our hosting and email services. The website does not keep a separate database of enquiry messages. We may retain the received email and subsequent correspondence to manage the enquiry or an agreed project.
Website and security data
Our hosting service may record technical information, such as IP addresses, request details and error logs, to deliver and protect the website. When email forms are enabled, a temporary session cookie helps protect submissions against misuse. Anti-spam checks may use a temporary, hashed identifier to limit repeated requests.
Cookies and external services
This website does not include advertising trackers, analytics cookies, embedded social feeds or externally hosted fonts. A necessary session cookie may be used for email-form security. It expires at the end of the browser session. Clicking an external link, including WhatsApp, takes you to a service with its own privacy and cookie practices.
Who receives information
Information is available to the people handling your enquiry and, where needed, the hosting, email and communications providers used to deliver these services. If progressing your project requires sharing relevant information with a supplier or manufacturing partner, this is considered as part of the project arrangements. We do not sell your enquiry information.
How long information is kept
Enquiry information is kept for as long as reasonably needed to respond, manage a potential or agreed project and meet applicable record-keeping obligations. The relevant period depends on whether an enquiry becomes a project and whether there is an ongoing relationship or unresolved issue. Temporary form rate-limit records expire after 24 hours and are removed when a subsequent valid form submission triggers cleanup. You can contact us about the retention of a particular enquiry.
Your choices and rights
Depending on the circumstances, you may ask to access, correct or delete your personal information, restrict its use or object to processing. Where applicable, you may also request data portability or withdraw consent. Contact us using the details above so that we can consider your request.
You can also raise a concern with the UK Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.

This notice should be reviewed whenever the site’s services or data-handling arrangements change. Last updated: 23 October 2026.
