Premium food. A practical route to service.
The difference is in the development

Not a standard range.
A product with your name on it.

We start with the food experience you want to create — not a catalogue. Flavour, presentation, portion, preparation and target food cost are developed around your brand.

DishLab creates the brief and product specification, sources suitable manufacturing partners and works through sampling and refinement. We then support your team with the finishing, plating and service guidance the product needs.

The result is a bespoke food offer, licensed to your business under an agreed arrangement. Any exclusivity is defined in that agreement, rather than assumed.

01 / Culinary quality

Luxury, with a purpose.

Distinctive flavours and presentation, designed to deliver a premium guest experience without unnecessary kitchen complexity.

02 / Operational practicality

Ready for your operation.

Prepared formats tailored to your equipment, staff capability, storage and service. Reheating, finishing or plating may be required, depending on the product.

03 / Client licensing

A clear commercial agreement.

The product, licence scope, any exclusivity, channels, territory and duration are agreed in writing for each project.

We develop. Our partners produce.

Culinary creativity,
connected to production.

DishLab is your development and sourcing partner. We do not own or operate the manufacturing facilities that produce your bespoke products.

We identify specialist manufacturers suited to the brief and coordinate the development route, helping align quality, consistency, cost and the requirements of your operation.

Licensing does not automatically transfer ownership of all intellectual property. Licence scope, ownership, confidentiality and any exclusivity are set out in the written project agreement.

Useful to know

A few good
questions.

Every operation is different.
Let’s talk about yours.

Ask us a question
Do you manufacture the meals yourselves?

No. DishLab develops the concept and specification, sources suitable specialist manufacturing partners and supports the development and implementation process. Manufacturing is carried out by those partners.

What does “ready-to-serve” mean?

The format is agreed for each product. Some products may be ready to plate, while others require specified reheating, finishing or assembly. Instructions and technical requirements must be confirmed before launch.

Will my products be exclusive to my business?

Products are developed for your brief and licensed to your business. Where exclusivity is required, its scope, territory, channels and duration are agreed in writing with the relevant parties.

Is there a minimum order quantity?

Minimum production runs and order quantities depend on the product, packaging and manufacturing partner. We establish these during development; there is no universal minimum across all projects.

Can you help our team launch the product?

Yes. Training, photographic specifications, cooking and plating guides can form part of the agreed launch support. The scope is set around your team and your operation.
